As mentioned previously, we are keeping up with all developments from the government and WHO to ensure that we are keeping in line with advice and most importantly, that all customers and staff at XScream are safe and have an enjoyable day with us.

In recent announcements, there has been an increased pressure by the government to maintain social distancing and to avoid leisure and entertainments businesses. After numerous meetings and talks, we have ultimately decided to close XScream temporarily.

This decision did not come easy to us; however, we want everyone to remain safe. For any booking from today, we will be offering full customer credit which can be used when we open again.

We are a small entertainments business that still relies on loving customers to tackle the rooms that we have lovingly crafted. To thank everyone for their continued support, we are offering 20% off any gift voucher booked online with the promo code “THANKYOU20”. These vouchers are valid for a whole year and can be used for any of our rooms when we are able to re-open.

Ultimately, we are unsure at when we will open again; it could be weeks, it could be months, however, we will be opening our doors once again to welcome friends, families, colleagues and enthusiasts. For the time being, please remain safe, self-isolate where possible and please look after everyone at this time of uncertainty.
